MereBreath Drama
is a ministry in theater sponsored
by Tenth Presbyterian Church
in Philadelphia.

Staging gripping, real-life stories,
mereBreath dramatizes grace at work
in the lives of ordinary people caught
amidst extraordinary circumstances.

MereBreath Drama provides a potent message for those who might not listen to a sermon, illustrating spiritual truth as Jesus did: through the use of stories.

On a larger scale than parables, however,
and unlike most church skits, a mereBreath
Drama presentation portrays the reality of
the true Christian life through powerful,
emotionally stirring, thought-provoking,
biblically sound presentations that are
often as challenging to the adult church
congregation as they are to those seeking
answers to life’s problems and mysteries.

Jenny and Chris Discovering God in the midst of suffering; wrestling with faith; guilt and redemption…

David and AG

The struggle to forgive;
loneliness; bitterness;
love and reconciliation;
the real-world lives
of saints and sinners…

Eddie and Study Group

…And the Gospel message
of Jesus Christ that leads the
broken and lost to salvation.

All mereBreath performances are
FREE OF CHARGE to the audience
as well as to the church or organization
that hosts a performance.

We only ask that a free-will offering
opportunity be presented for those who
feel moved to support the ministry financially,
yet without pressure, obligation or expectation.

Hosting a mereBreath Drama is an
excellent outreach tool for your church’s
community, or to encourage reluctant
family and friends to attend.

The themes of a performance can be used
to launch or enhance a sermon or study series.

The cast and show creators are often available
for discussion following the performance,
individually or in any formal setting led by
a pastor or other church elder.
